How do you install my script(s)?
A. 99.9% of the time the only thing that is needed is your ftp login details.

Why do you need my ftp password?
A. When doing a remote script install, this is the only way it can be accomplished.

Why do I need to send you my script(s)?
A. Alot of the time we may have to do a fresh script install on your server and alot of php scripts have files that need to be edited with mysql details. Almost all php scripts have a config.php which needs to be edited with you server configurations.

I am worried that you know my ftp password after you have installed my script(s).
A. The best protection for you is to contact your hosting provider after your script(s) have been installed and request an ftp password change. It's quick, easy and your best option.

How much does your service cost?
A. This varies a great deal but most scripts can be installed and configured between $20-$50 some scripts will require more time and configuration and you will always be notified of the charge before we proceed with the install.

Do you offer any guarantees?
A. YES we absolutely guarantee your script(s) will be fully functional without errors. If your script doesn't work for one reason or another, you don't pay for obvious reasons. We can NOT guarantee script functionality beyond the initial install, as anyone that has access to your server can alter the script in which we can not be held responsible, for obvious reasons.

What is your turnaround time on the install?
A. 99% of the time your script(s) will be installed within 24 hours of us coming to an agreement, usually much, much sooner. If we have your script and login details it will be done almost immediately.
